Rusc de turisme in Barcelona is very centrally located. but the luggage is stored downstairs so you habe to take some steps. in case if very huge/heavy luggage I would not recommend. in any other case: service is perfect and it feels safe! :)

These people were amazing. Located in Chez Max. Had to store our luggage (6bags) until we could check into our accomodations. Very helpful. Quick and attentive service. Didnt need a claim tag as they remembered us when we returned to pick up our luggage.

This worked out very well for us so we could enjoy our day before check in time. Everything went flawlessly.

The guy at the place had poor customer service skills. Also, he had me take my own bag to the basement where everyone else's bags were and I could have gone through them. Although they zip tie the main compartment, I could have looked in the other pockets had I wanted to.

It was an easy process and felt at ease leaving luggage at the hotel.

When I arrived, the only person present said he was only minding the shop and didn’t know about stasher. I needed to wait until the shop owner returned from breakfast.

Lieu de confiance, le dépôt et la récupération des bagages s'est bien passé, un sourire en plus aurait été le bienvenu. Nous avions déposé 2 sacs au prix d'un bagage.

Well it wasn't in operation and I wasn't notified. I found this out through someone else and had to request a refund. This would have made for a terrible trip.

The storage service worked without any problems. But I think 6£ per luggage item is a cheek!

Excellent service, The Shakespere Hotel was a very short walk, few hundred yards, from Paddington Station. Cases were kept behind reception desk.

This was a great way to safely store our luggage while touring Europe. The location was literally 100 steps from the train station. The hotel kept our luggage locked in a safe closet, labeled. We made all the arrangements online, including payment. The whole process took less than a minute at drop off and pick up. I highly recommend.
