Never heard of any service like this apart from at airports and train stations but stasher was on the official london website so i thought i would give it a go. Website brilliant, easy to use, booking went fine. Reloaded onto another page after booking and some bug had said i booked in france panicking i checked email and relogged in all was fine. Get to the shop and this woman is so terrified of her boss and us leaving luggage here said she didnt have our booking looking on some hand written scrap of paper. Saying are we in the right place etc... How when what basically saying no it wasnt here got the address on the email turns out i was right, im not stupid. Explained that we had booked at 11am that morning realising computer systems take a while to refresh or whatever i took it with a pinch of salt. Expecting some proper storage facility but no just bags lugged behind the shop desk in amongst alot of clutter etc... Went off a little worried i mean there is insurence but thats still my stuff. Couple hours got our stuff and our luggage tag is broke no big deal as there only like a quid or so just annoying. Enough to never use this service again. Probs not the companys fault just the shoddy service from the shop. Just made me wonder what my luggage containing breakable souvineres went through.

It was a convenient distance from both my hostel and train station.

Quick and hassle free. Hotel was quiet dropped my bag and it was stored in a locked room.

Never checked my booking number/reference or ask who I was. Felt safe leaving my luggage though. They ran out of stasher tags so had to use Premier inn tags which was ok. There was also no space left in the luggage storage area so our cases were put in the staff room.

Friendly, quick and efficient. My bag was promptly wheeled off to be secured in a back room out of sight. Perfect service that enabled us to spend a few suitcase-free hours in the Science Museum before our train home.

The whole process went very smooth, from booking online and storing the luggage to retrieving it. Very convenient indeed!

Easy to use app. I was looking for left luggage storage at Marlyebone station and the app suggested a local newsagent just outside the station. Booked online and dropped the bag off easy as that. Exact what I needed
