Good and secure service, very reasonably priced especially when compared to other vendors, convenient locations. Really glad I used Stasher.

Never heard of this service before and i needed something quickly and this was perfect for me, easy to book in and the servide on the day was perfect.

Super convenient and the process was totally fuss free.

I ordered this service on the internet and paid in advance EUR 18 via Paypal for 3 pieces of luggage. Nevertheless the place charged us EUR 12 again to get our luggage back. Not exactly what I call a reliable service.

The service is solid. Our baggage was safe and the location was very convenient to the Rome Termini. It was great to stow our bags and go North the Cinque Terre and Florence for a few days without all the luggage. Two recommendations: 1. Explain cultural differences. The elevators in Europe start with "0" floor. In the U.S., we start on "1" floor. Thus, it was hard for us to find the office. We went to floor 2 and the office was on 1. 2. Give better instructions on the website. We didn't know to come in and go up the elevator. We knew what to do in the instructions, we just didn't know where to go to check in.

It was excellent being able to find a company that would store luggage for a reasonable price. Keep it safe. Have staff who were efficient and friendly. Would recommend this service to anyone

Shop assistant not really interested when we turned up too busy wanting to serve others in shop had no idea about the order went through a book with what was meant to be bookings couldn’t find anything eventually took cases and told us to just take picture of luggage tagged no ticket to advise of goods taken.
