  Not all employees are aware of this service, but as soon as the person in charge arrives everything is resolved. Very kind and courteous. Luggage returned without problems

  Took us 1 minute to leave all our bags and another minute to get them all. Pretty quick and easy service.

  We left our luggage at a small minimarket near Plaza d’Espana; a photo is taken at drop-off and shown to the owner at pickup, who returns it. I recommend it to get around freely without luggage.

  Very close to the Place Universitat, 7 minute walk to the bus that takes you to the airport so it s very good.

  Very convenient location in central Barcelona, Plaça Catalunia. Friendly staff... you just need to show the booking number and take a photo with your phone, as a precaution, so that it's easier to identify your luggage at pickup... they're not very strict about drop-off and pick-up times... this is a good opportunity.

  Very closed to our staying. Very nice people greeted us and have all the instructions as to where to out our luggage. Clean and safe.

  Clara is fabulous! Sooo friendly and a perfect location for us, staying just one street away. Despite the language barrier, we were able to use the few Spanish words we did know and we had absolutely no problem with the drop off or collection. Clara couldn't have been more helpful to us...Everyone should be using Clara!
