It was a spontaneous decision to use this service, we had googled our options and explored a few options, stashed was the most user friendly! I had accidentally booked some details wrong and once we arrived, the staff were friendly and accomodating, I had booked 11-3 but needed 12-4 as well as booking one suitcase short. We payed for extra bag at arrival! Thanks again, would definitely use this service again!
Our hosts at Venice Beach were completely wonderful. They made it perfectly easy and we’re welcoming and so helpful !!!
Separate room just for luggage and locked, I felt safe leaving my bag there. Super polite and attentive staff.
This whole concept is such a good idea we were visiting LA for a day, while in the process of moving our lives from South Korea, and it was so convenient to drop our bags off and explore freely I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a day of easy travelling, the service if very affordable and free you up from and hassle lugging baggage around cities and on public transport.
Never used a service like this before and was in a bind with an odd hotel checkout time and flight time combination. I needed somewhere to keep my bags for the day. The Stasher process was easy, and worked perfectly. Bags were safe and stored somewhere convenient to me. Thanks for this service!
Very good location and the drop off and pickup was so easy. We were a bit worried when we picked up, no I'd asked and the person was different, but maybe they did know we were coming.
Stasher was a life savor during our trip to LA. We had a late flight and had to be out of our Airbnb by 1:00PM. The location we chose was a short walk/drive. From the outside the place looked questionable, but when we rang the buzzer at the gate and went inside it was beautiful. More importantly, the workers were really nice. They stored our bags in a locked room with a name tag on them. We were able to enjoy a full day of sight seeing knowing our bags were safe. Positively, Stasher allows for you to pick up bags later than the time requested. This was not a problem for us, but we were at ease that we didn’t have to rush to get our bags. We will definitely be using Stasher in the future.
Really friendly people at this shared accomdation/hostel type setup. Every person we encountered was extremely helpful and the bags were in a separate luggage room. I would reccomend for anybody looking to store bags before walking to venice beach and around the area.
Easy to book online. The Santa Monica clothes repair guy was friendly and helpful. We felt our bags were secure because the shop was locked and you had to use the doorbell to get him to come and open the door for you.
Easy, quick place to store your bag near Venice Beach. Just ring the bell and wait a minute for someone to open the door. Going to pick it up, the bag was in a locked room with an easy to see label.
