  Nice clean safe location and our bags were locked away until we came back to pick them up. Very friendly and easy to use.

  Very quick and easy drop off and pickup. Be careful walking through the shop because there is a lot of breakable stuff but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Their location is absolutely perfect for stashing before seeing a Broadway play. 5 minute walk to any of the theaters. We stashed 4 carryon rolling luggage pieces. I would definitely use them again.

  The merchant wrote a number on a scrap piece of paper, had me take a picture of it, then taped it to my suitcase. I even said to him that it didn't seem like a very professional way to handle the Stasher process. Kinda made me nervous about the process too, but our bag was found in the same shape and place as we left it.

  I booked in advance. The pick up and drop off were very fast. The staff was friendly. Bags were secured in a locked room.

  Super easy and very convenient to Radio City Music Hall, which does not have a coat room/ bag check. We were able to quickly stash our bags and make it to our show. Even though the show ran late (11:45) we were still able to grab our bags by midnight with no problem.

  The shop is located conveniently near Rockfeller Center subway station, with extended opening time. Personell was kind and efficient both at delivery and recollecting.

  Amazing!!! I loved the convinience. When i go clubbing i use stasher so i can walk in pjs on the subway ride home!

  Easy drop off and pick out.  Staff were very helpful.  Definitely would use in needed when back in NYC

  Easy experience leaving our luggage for ~5 hours. Bags were tagged with numbered labels and stored in a downstairs area below this gift shop. Bags retrieved promptly upon our return. Location is a few steps from an entrance to the Rockefeller Center subway station on 6th Ave.

  Central Park Bike was easy to find and they were very easygoing. Drop-off and pick-up was easy and quick.
