  The desk clerk, Jefferson, was friendly and helpful. Although we weren’t hotel guests, didn’t feel any judgement against us for storing our luggage, using the restroom, and having our lunch in the foyer before going out to explore the city.

  Fantastic location easily walkable from Penn Station. Staff was helpful and the entire process both drop off and pick up was quick and efficient.

  Quick and easy drop-off. Well-traveled location and easy to find. Close to Penn Station for anyone looking !

  Everything was great! Very friendly, and the suitcases were stored in the back room. You get a number that you photograph with the suitcases and then show when you pick them up.

  I was surprised when we arrived at the left luggage as it was a souvenir shop but it was very organised

  They secured my bag and others bags in the cafe area once breakfast was over. Overall my experience was great, was exactly what we needed for coming into the city for the day!

  Quick transfer of luggage upon arrival. You will take a photo of your luggage and a number they furnish you for quick pickup. Bags were stored in back room out of site of shop patrons.

  Great experience. Fast pick up and fast drop off. I would definitely come here again. They are located closer to 8th avenue which is ideal.
