The staff at the Premier Inn in Stratford Upon Avon helped make this a Stress Free Experience. I was worried that I had not reserved enough space but they were helpful. I had used a coach hire service to get a coach from the Train Station to the Hotel with 8 people's luggage and the staff at the Premier Inn was kind and helpful with our check in and check out experience !

Convenient drop-off! A bit confusing as Reception was a few flights of stairs up, and I thought I had the wrong entrance at first. There is a lift too though. Once there everything went smoothly. Easy drop off and pick up!
