  The Premier Inn which I used to store my bags had no idea what my Stasher booking even was and I had to show them the website on their computer, then a manager came out who also had no idea what it was, however they read the homepage and saw that their venue was signed up and agreed to take my bag that I'd pre-paid for and were very friendly and helpful nevertheless. Great experience overall except the time they took to basically do their staff training as I turned up instead of when the hotel chain signed up to the service.

  I used the Quantum Web Cafe Stasher in Reading last week by the extremely helpful Robert. My case has broken, I went and not a new one, transferred everything and then was cheeky enough to ask for just hot water to go with my Yorkshire tea bag AND the use of a phone charger. I used them because my Train wasn’t till mid afternoon. Apart from a quick trip out to buy headphones I sat in the Quantum Web Cafe until my train time. I would recommend this place to everyone. Especially Robert who was the perfect host.

  Such an inspired idea! Used Stasher to stow a bag whilst en route to a friend's wedding reception in Reading. Saved me carrying it around with me for a day and so cheap. £6.00 very well spent. Really useful that drop-off was so close to station too. Would definitely use Stasher again.

  Very easy to book and very cheap, well worth the price. My only criticism is having to wait in the queue to book into a hotel, just to collect my bags. Had to wait for about 5 other people to check in to the hotel just so I could pick up a bag. It should have a separate area. But that being said it was so cheap and convenient I can’t complain

  We stopped off in Reading so that we could pop over to Newbury for the afternoon. Really appreciated that it was an easy walk from the station, and available 24 hours because we had delays in our trip. The 24 hour availability is why we choose this location instead of one closer to the station.
