  Great location and few minutes walk from the train station/ ferry and I was free to explore without bags! And was good because it’s open later than a lot of other bag drop off points.

  Great location, right next to Portsmouth and Southsea train station. Drop off was efficient and quick, pick up just as easy. Long open hours which is useful if spending the whole day there.

  Easy to find the location AND it was next door to the main railway station, perfect for dropping off bags for our final day of holiday and collect them later for our journey home. Easy to deposit bags at reception and pick up later from the storage room. Bags were labelled and a corresponding receipt given to us so we could collect later.

  Really friendly and very efficient reception staff, who took the time to explain the process. Bags were handled carefully and stored securely for us for 3 days.

  They were professional and friendly, kept our bags in a room out of sight, and returned them to use no problem.

  Finding the Premier Inn was easy, the line was short when dropping off my bag, and I felt my bag was secure. Pickup went smoothly too.
