  Staff were very friendly & helpful; we were more than happy to store our bags here & would be happy to do so again in the future. It is an excellent location next to the train station.

  Lovely staff but didn’t check booking when we arrived. No secure luggage storage and bags are placed wherever there is space, including in the restaurant. Bags are also left unsupervised. When we came to collect, there was no one around, no one checked our names, nor our tickets. Great location though but it was pick n mix free for all with the bags.

  Super convinient, just on the other side of the train station. Staff is friendly, though there's not many staff members around and your bags just sit in the reception area. But there's at least cameras.

  Drop off and collection were simple enough. I didn't leave any valuables in my bag following other reviews and wasn't concerned about my bag being left in the reception area. Got a drink from the bar before collecting my bag and heading to the Sleeper Train back home. Great location right in front of the railway station.

  Friendly Others have complained that the luggage is not in a secure room, but luggage is kept at the clerk’s desk area, and I feel it was very secure.

  Very friendly and communicative staff. The luggage was stored securely allowing us freedom to hike around the SW coastal path. Great.

  Mu suitcase was kept in a room next to the reception, safe from anyone walking by.  I was helped by a smiling lady in the reception, and both delivery and pick-up was quick and uncomplicated.

  Very convenient location, staff were quick too in collecting and returning the luggage. The proximity to train and bus station makes it even more convenient. Would definitely recommend

  The Premier Inn is literally across the road from Penzance station exit. The Premier Inn reception staff were friendly and it took just minutes to drop off and retrieve our luggage.
