  Though it was not inside the station as I had thought, the shop was clean and safe and the staff kind.

  The staff at the Premier Inn were friendly and efficient. My bag was stored in a locked room and was promptly dealt with.

  Premier Inn location is within a few minutes walk from Leeds rail station, drop-off plus collection of luggage was quick and easy.

  Easy to drop off my bag, it was stored securely in a locked room, staff were friendly and helpful and the location close to the train station was perfect.

  This was easy, both for drop off and collection. At no point was I asked to show my Stasher booking reference.

  We left the suitcase at a Premier Inn close to Leeds train station. There was someone already on reception when we got there and she reassured us the case would be kept in a secure room until we collected it. Although we’d provided a time slot for collection, we were told reception was manned 24 hours a day, so it wouldn’t matter if we were outside of the time slot. When we returned to collect, there was a short wait for someone to come to reception but we were still able to catch our train in time.  Brilliant service.
