  After downloading the app, super easy to reserve a luggage storage spot near me. The storage location was less than a one minute walk from my hotel. Storage fees were half of the other options I researched online. Paid about $75 to store two large suitcases for three days. The hotel that stored my luggage made it a seamless process. I gave my luggage to the reception desk without any complication. They gave me a ticket and moved my luggage to a secure room. The storage hotel reception was available 24 hours and I was able to retrieve my luggage at 11 PM. Retrieval of my luggage was seamless. I gave the reception my tickets, and they brought me my luggage.

  Our location was the Grove House hotel. Very central location in Edinburgh. 10 Minutes from the castle and Royal Mile. Kind staff and very accurate.

  Welcoming, professional staff on reception. We did not know exactly when we would return to collect our luggage, reassured that this was not a problem as reception staff 24 hours.

  Can't complain, staff were friendly even apologized as they were 2min late opening. They stored the luggage and we picked up later in the day.
