  They never asked for our confirmation number or info Wonder if we could have just dropped them and not paid They wanted to store our luggage in the lobby breakfast room- open to all guests We requested a more secure spot and they accomodated

  I had a great experience at this hotel, which offered the baggage storage service I needed. The staff was exceptionally attentive, professional, and friendly. While the location was a bit far from the city center, the efficient tram service made it manageable. The only downsides were the higher cost of the service, although it's in line with competitors, and the distance. Overall, the hotel met my needs, and the responsive staff and convenient tram connection made up for any drawbacks.

  Needed to leave our bags somewhere once we’d checked out of our Air B & B as our train wasn’t until later in the day. Maybe a little expensive but really easy to book, close by and efficient service at the Holiday Inn Express where we left them.
