the staff were great to take my baggage and they knew what stasher was as i was a little concerned when using this service that there could be some miscommunication or not know what i was talking about. but the staff knew and made the drop off in about 30 seconds
It’s a convenient location where I was staying and next to the bus stop. Drop off and pick-up was very easy and efficient. The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The only less good point is that it was slight more expensive than other storage in the town center.
Very courteous, helpful, patient. Perfect location for those who want to visit the zoo but have luggage with them. For those who need to go to the airport, there is a bus stop right in front.
This location was incredibly easy and convenient! You just go to the front desk staff with your reservation and they will tag and store your bags. I walked into town and grabbed breakfast before enjoying a morning at the zoo before my flight. When I returned for my bags they got them right away and I was good to go. Huge stress relief for when you have a gap between check out from wherever you’re staying and your next flight or train.

We needed to store our bags prior to the Taylor Swift concert as unfortunately we couldn’t get into our accommodation in the city centre until after doors opened for VIP standing. The hotel was a short walk away from murrayfield right next to the zoo so easy to access transport to the city centre after the gig too!
Staff at the Hotel were professional and dealt with the bag without issue.
Very close to the zoo - so when visiting no need to drag cases around!
