  Great service, nice and quick. Write down what we stashed and our stashed number in a book, we were out with a couple of minutes. Then we collected again within minutes.

  The Premier Inn was easy to locate and air conditioned, and they keep your luggage in a locked closet and give you a claim ticket. There's a lift from ground level to the first floor reception desk. Effortless.

  chose premier inn as had stayed with them before and knew their storage system to be efficient and secure. very easy to check in and collect bag

  In and out of the stash point within a couple of minutes on every occasion. If only everything could be this efficient.

  Easy drop off and collection. The venue is 10 to 15 min walk from Canterbury West station and 5 mins from the bus station/Whitefriars. There is the option of taking a taxi from the station. An hourly Uni bus goes from this station to the bus station; which reduces walking time with heavy luggage. There are stairs/lift at the venue up to the reception. If leaving luggage in the morning/early afternoon you will need to find a member of staff as the reception desk is unmanned.

  Very easy to drop bags, the staff there were very comfortable with the system. My bags felt secure and well looked after.

  I was able to store my heavy suitcase with ease for the entire day so that I could enjoy the city without the pressure of lugging it around. I’ll definitely use it again if I ever find myself with time at the end of a trip. The staff were friendly and took care of everything and the premier inn is just a short walk from the high street.

  Great location to drop bags off just before heading into the town centre. Very friendly and helpful staff and just a very easy exchange overall, will be using them again in the future!
