  Very good. My bag was stored in a room secured by a code and labeled with my last name, my first name and my phone number. The only downside is that no identity verification was carried out when I went to pick it up.

  Easy to find, friendly and flexible staff and bag clearly kept in a locked cupboard

  There was a good range of locations to choose from in Bristol and the one we picked, at the YHA near Queen Square, proved very helpful and efficient. Would recommend.

  The YHA in Bristol was great. They immediately helped me and took my luggage. They were friendly, and the location was perfect. The price was also excellent. I highly recommend using their service.

  I was so relieved to find somewhere to stash a suitcase while I attended a funeral. I really didn’t want to have to drag it around all day. The guys were friendly and helpful, and really cheerful. My case was stored carefully and returned in pristine condition. 5* all the way!! I would happily use again if I were in Bristol.

  First timers! We were doing a city walking tour on our last day and didn't want to carry our bags. Great service from the YHA and so easy to book.

  The YHA Bristol was in a central location, and I was seen to promptly and courteously. My bag was taken away and it was alla seamless process, I really could not believe how little faff there was all round, brilliant and reasonably priced.

  The team on the ground were expecting me both times and I was able to check my bag in and out so safely and easily. Highly recommend! Made my trip away much less tiring and stressful.
