  It was easy & secure. We were able to enjoy our time knowing our luggage was safe with great people.

  He checked the reservation holder's ID. As soon as we checked in, we could see him move our bags to the storage room. We were even more pleased to be able to leave our bags in the morning and use a nearby café. When we went to collect the bags, we showed a photo and they were able to find them immediately, which was satisfying.

  We arrived at the place, well located, and we were warmly welcomed. Everything was very practical and safe for leaving the suitcase. We loved it!

  It is excellent. The entrance is at Gran Vía 48, the first elevator next to the entrance goes down to floor -2 and there is staff working. You need to make a reservation or have parked the car there to use the service.

  It works very well. But it is very difficult to find. You have to enter through Gran Via 48, take the elevator next to the entrance, and go down to the basement; there is a parking lot where the lockers are. Once you arrive, everything works perfectly.

  Great location in the city centre. The people at the shop were very friendly. It was very convenient to leave my stuff there and walk around without luggage!
