  I want to leave a 10/10 review without hesitation! My suitcases were perfectly taken care of and stored safely during my stay. Everything was handled simply, quickly and very professionally.   Very easy and smooth luggage drop-off and pick-up process. Friendly and helpful staff. They didn’t speak English (which I found to be quite common in Madrid), but with AI translation it wasn’t a problem at all, since the staff were very willing to assist.

  Very central, easy to find location in the Chueca Neighbourhood. Staff at the café are very friendly. Our luggage was placed in a clean area in the back of the café. Cafe hours made it very convenient to drop off and pick up our luggage

  A small misunderstanding with the cashier...after that everything was perfect....great location for connection to the airport...close to the metro station. For every recommendation.

  He checked the reservation holder's ID. As soon as we checked in, we could see him move our bags to the storage room. We were even more pleased to be able to leave our bags in the morning and use a nearby café. When we went to collect the bags, we showed a photo and they were able to find them immediately, which was satisfying.
