  Helpful staff. The storage location was in the basement, down some very steep metal stairs, which we would have struggled with due to weight of our cases and knee injury. Staff carried our luggage up and down for us on request.

  Pleasant experience. The girl at Carrefour was super friendly. Everything went smoothly both when dropping off and when picking up the suitcases.

  Google's geolocation was not accurate at all; in fact, we had difficulty finding it, but the service was excellent! The owner of the tobacco shop was very kind and even allowed us to leave an extra bag!!!

  Quiet shop, walkable to Atocha station, no problem leaving our bags for a few hours before getting a train on our last day in Madrid.

  I recommend it, very secure service. You have the freedom to explore the city in case you have an evening flight.

  It was easy to find somewhere near our apartment in Madrid and very easy to book on-line. The man in the shop was pleasant and friendly and locked our cases in a back room. We left them there all day and it was very easy to pick them up that evening and then get an Uber to the airport.
