  Central location which was easy to find. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly. All I had to do was show my booking and she took care of the rest. When I returned to collect my bags, it was very straightforward.  I will definitely use this location again when I am back in Krakow.

  The gentleman was pleasant. Our bags were secured not just left willy nilly. the location was convenient to tourist sites and our Airbnb.

  Easy, straightforward process. Chap was very helpful and friendly. I was slightly concerned however not to get a receipt for my bag when I left it, perhaps that’s something for Stasher to consider doing in the future.

  The hostel features secure entry codes for both the front desk and luggage storage areas, ensuring the safety of your belongings. I felt confident leaving my trolley there all day while I explored the city.

  We had to leave our ski resort earlier due to traffic problems, resulting in a day in Krakow. After Googling baggage storage options, Stasher looked the most reliable especially Hostel HeyNow as lockers were provided rather than a room with all left luggage held together There is only pedestrian access to this road in the Old Town, but it was only a short walk. The receptionist was very helpful, finding out which train to catch to the airport and giving us clear directions to the station, again a short walk. Hostel HeyNow is situated in the Old Town, near the main square, markets, river and castle. Great value at 5 euros for the day.
