  ery easy and smooth service. Bags were kept safe, we enjoyed our bag freedom and the staff knew exactly how the process worked.  Good location in central Cusco.

  The receptionist at the hotel had our reservation on her computer system and was very helpful when we arrived. The bags were stored in a locked cupboard. Pick up was smooth. A very convenient location for short term storage in Cusco

  The service was excellent. We easily dropped off our 17 bags and then retrieved them when we were finished. Location is within 2 blocks of Plaza de Armas.

  Very easy to find, 5min fron Plaza de Armas, I left my bag and arrived very late for picking it up, but no problem with them, theres always someone at the reception. Approved!

  It’s in a centric area near Plaza de Armas. And the best of all, it’s 24/7. We came back to the city at 1:30 am and they were open and attentive.

  Hotel keeps the bags in a securely locked room and they get you to do all the correct steps (taking photo of your luggage label etc.). I have used this place twice now and always happy with it.

  Very secure, staff uses their fingerprint to open the door and asks for your name and photo of luggage before pick up. Would use again! Also stayed in this hotel for 2 nights out of ease and was nice.

  Don’t hesitate. This is an excellent place to store bags. The hotel felt very secure. The front desk staff were extremely helpful (they even arranged a cab to the airport at our bag pickup time). Highly recommended!

  Friendly staff and very accommodating. They also had water and snacks on site for purchase. They took our bags and secured it until pickup.
