  Good experience, seemed very secure. Was easy to drop off and pick up.

  Inflexible opening hours. We didn't stay at the Biennale for very long, so we had to wait two hours for the shop to open before we could collect our luggage.

  Even the welcome was very friendly in the centrally located hotel. We were allowed to put the suitcases in an adjoining room. Everything makes a very trusting impression. We were even offered the use of the toilet on the first floor of the hotel. Thanks so much.

  Great location and a very nice guy. We dropped our luggage off via Garibaldi before visiting the Biennale.

  Parking space in a centrally located hotel, in a side room. You receive a pickup number. The staff there is very friendly. They even recommended booking through Stasher as it is cheaper.

  No security measures whatsoever. Open room in the entrance. They don't keep a registration to know who the bags belong to.

  Our Stasher location was a hotel. It was convenient and I trusted that out bags would be safe. They were. I do note that the hotel clerk had some trouble finding my reservation, and the storage area was out of the way but not in a secured/guarded locked area.

  Hotel located in the heart of Venice, not far from the main museums. We left our luggage there for the day before heading to the airport by boat that evening.

  The room we stashed our luggage in was behind the check in desk ant the hotel.  There was no check in / check out process. I felt slightly uneasy about leaving my things. But everything was as we left Iit when we picked it up hours later.  Easy drop off pick up. And the hotel was very helpful and kind in helping us navigate the  water taxi and directions to our flat.

  Staff were very nice. Hotel was very easy to find and very close to San Marco Square. However your left luggage is left in a corridor unsupervised and anyone can collect your luggage instead of theirs. Fortunately we did not have anything of value or personal to leave in our bags. Nothing was stolen. 4 stars for this reason.
