  The location was easy to reach and was as described in the app.

  The proprietor went over and above to save our day. We dropped our bags after taking a taxi from Linate Airport. After a day in Milano we returned to collect our bags. While waiting outside her shop, my phone rang. It was the driver who was supposed to pick us up. Unfortunately he spoke little English and I even less Italian. Vivian graciously offered to be our interpreter. It turned out the driver was going to be 1.5 hours late and was asking if we wanted to get a different taxi to Bellagio (from Milano). She made sure he understood he was to come and pick us up. Getting a different driver would have taken longer and cost more. She volunteered to put  our bags back in her store while we went for a bite to eat and a glass of wine. The situation could have been much different without her. The driver may have just given up without her talking to him.  She was busy running her business but she took the time and effort to help every way she could. I would give 10 stars if I could. The shop is not well marked but Google Maps took the taxi straight there and eventually the second taxi too. It’s next to a small restaurant.  The address is Via Giovanni Rasori, 4 Milano

  The people were very nice and the luggage was obviously well taken care of. It was unusual that I did not receive a pickup slip - it was done under my name. However, that was not a problem.

  The location was easy to locate and very near to Sforzesco castle. The process was simple and quick as well!

  I have left a bag in DHL office in the center of Milan (close to Castello Sforzesco). The procedure was simple and easy, as they are obviously accustomed to providing this service. I got a card with a number for my suitcase to present when picking it up (which as well went swiftly). My baggage was in a condition in which I left it.
