  This StashPoint is very well marked and close to the city centre. It is a proper luggage storage facility, not some restaurant or bistro, which I appreciated the most.

  Drop off point was on the other side of the train terminal than the one where we got off. Not a big deal, just had to use the street to walk around to other side

  Good service, very polite and played by the rules, makes no exceptions, which I understood. Must reserve by volumes, a large luggage item does not allow 2 small for instance.

  The service was good and i would use again. The instructions to find it could be better as I had a little difficulty in find it, but for others it is actually located on Platform 1

  Easy to find location and staff was friendly. Although it was mentioned on website that photo of luggage would be taken, it was not the case on site. But I took the liberty to take the photo myself.

  So easy to drop off. Very reliable and trustworthy. And obviously very easy booking process. We will definitely use this for all our trips!

  Very friendly and helping host. Would store my luggage there again at any time. The only thing, it wasn't so easy to find the locker in bologna in the first place. An information that you can find it at the tourist information would be useful

  Our host was a bike shop, and they were very friendly and courteous. We also really enjoyed the shop itself.

  Service worked exactly as intended. I also love the hour span you can select to drop off and pick up bags because sometimes traveling is unpredictable!
