  Near the station. But it's very difficult to carry the luggage up the stairs.

  Great staff at this location, very helpful and friendly.  The location was very close to the station.

  Lovely people, great location. The luggage was in a small dining area off the front desk area - more visible and accessible to others than ideal, but the front desk were close at hand.

  All good, just keep in mind that you will need to walk up a large flight of stairs, so maybe not ideal if you have a large bag.

  A very convenient site near the station in Toulouse.  The lady was very friendly and helpful. The only problem with the place is the stairs to the reception on the first floor and as I had a heavy case they were not easy. If it wasn't for them you would get 5 stars. Anyway thanks to your great receptionist who helped me get the case back down the stairs.  Deposit and collection were both easy.

  The hotel is practically opposite the main train station and the drop-off & pick-up quick and easy. The only potentially negative point about the hotel are the steep stairs leading to reception and lack of lift. Highly recommend.

  The concierges were attentive,  polite, and efficient (one at least speaks English as well.) Some people complain about the steps (one flight) to the reception desk, but that didn't bother me, especially since it can't be beat for proximity to the train/bus station!

  Very quick and easy to drop off and pick up and meant we could enjoy a last day in Toulouse without worrying about cases.

  Very convenient: they are 24/7 open. When I arrived they just had to look up my name and that’s it. 3 minutes later I was already done.
