We had a great experience leaving my families 4 small suitcases & one rucksack at Hotel Ariana. The staff were friendly, efficient & the man at the desk even asked if he could help carry the cases up the flight of stairs- as the reception is not on the ground floor & there is no lift. I would definitely use the Stashpoint again.
Everything worked out wonderfully. We were warmly welcomed and moved to a separate room. Afterwards, our bags were stowed in lockers. The pick-up was also very fast. Due to the luggage storage we had a relaxing day.
All worked out perfectly and the hotel staff were really great!

Loved it. Very professional staff and convenient to the Vieux port. They had a system in place and gave me a claim ticket for my bag. Both times there was a slight queue at the reception desk but as long as you are willing to wait patiently it is well.
In a shop called Moto Top. They were friendly and efficient, and stored the bags under the counter so it felt safe.
Super easy leaving my bag here. It’s a great spot not far from the station, so meant I could enjoy the day without my case before my flight that evening.
The hotel looked lovely, the staff were helpful, location of our luggage secure, and it was located in the vieux port area of Marseille so perfect to have plenty of options nearby to spend time lunching, people watching and sightseeing without the inconvenience of lugging cases around in the heat!
Friendly, easy to use, secure locked room, lounge area in the hotel which helped when we were waiting for taxis etc.
Very convenient to Marseille St. Charles station. Staff were friendly, kind, and helpful! Most spoke French but one spoke English (thankfully we spoke both), so it was a very comfortable experience.
