  Very pleasant experience. The staff are so helpful bags were all tagged and you take a picture of your bag too. Good location too.

  Super-easy booking and very convenient service. There was no possibility to leave the luggage at the train station, but it gave us possibility to leave it really close to the station. I strongly recommend it.

  It was very easy to book online, I was able to choose a hotel 2 minutes from the station to drop off my luggage, and when I went to take it, everything was perfect.

  The person in charge was very welcoming and clear in her explanations, the deposit was quick and efficient, and for the withdrawal, we even enjoyed refreshing ourselves as the place was so charming :)

  It was great! Easy to use and very friendly staff! They took the bags from us right away, and it was a nice hotel so I didn’t feel sketchy leaving my bag there. The website was also easy to use.

  Incredibly nice host at HotelO, Lyon. She gave us a warm welcome, explained us about the city and was able to keep our luggage in a safe space for the time we were away.

  Excellent service, polite and firm workers. Everything was perfect. And it's so close to Gare Perrache, the walk to hotel took only 1 minute. Definitely recommend. And I'll definitely choose this hotel again.
