First wanted to use Bounce, Server was down, staff in 24/7Even 385 Queen Street West recommended to use Stasher instead. Worked all flawlessly. Easy communication, took good care of my belongings, had a full additional day that I could enjoy in Toronto. Full recommend 24/7Even 385 Queen Street and will come again if I have to deposit luggage. 5 Stars.
The clerk was friendly, took the bags, and we were able to retrieve them later with no issues. The only complaint is that it was a little far from the train station. But it was the only one that had availability and was open late enough to accommodate.
Bags were stored in a back room that was very cold which was great because there was food in mine and I worried that it would be in an uncooled area. Would recommend and use again!
It was very easy to find with the directions provided. The drop off and pick up processes were easy.

I had never tried this before but had to find a place for my backpack before I went to the Green Day concert at the Rogers Centre. This worked perfectly and was super close! So glad this service exists :)
The store had great hours, being open until midnight meant I could pick up my bag after a concert at the Rogers Centre.

Host was very friendly and helpful! I was worried things would be kept behind an open counter, but everything was in a locked, separate room, and just asked us everything would be safe.
