Very professional service, very good value for money.

Easy to find, easy to store and easy to reclaim luggage.

Really easy to use especially with a map location to choose the best option. On a weekend break, my hotel was pretty far out of the centre so I used this service at a different hotel so I didn't need to travel back out to collect my luggage at the end of the day.

It was great to leave our bags in Rome while we traveled to Venice and Pisa with just our backpacks. The location we used was one block from Termini so we dropped everything when we came from the airport and picked it up 4 days later.

The service was excellent.

The staff attitude is very good, the space is large, and the luggage on the shelves won't be pressed by others.

First time used - perfect and great idea, and friendly service well-delivered (storage of large suitcase as Leonidas chocolate shop near Brighton station). And even a free Orangette chocolate on my way...

I'd definitely return. Though they said they closed at 11, the lady said we could collect after that...it was just that the hotel doors were locked so we'd have to ring. It is right near the theatres around Victoria. Very well located! Charming reception lady.

I was in Siena for 1 day, there is a very small train station and no luggage storage. I accidentally learned from a local that there is an option to store luggage for one day, located at a tobacco kiosk. I paid online, came and checked in my luggage, and strolled around the city. Closer to the evening, I came back and picked up my things. Very convenient and not difficult.

An easy and user friendly service which was very handy for needing to stash bags for the day near to our departure point for onward journeys.
