Good location, about ten minutes from the Calton Road entrance to Waverley, and efficient, fast drop-off and pick-up. If you can find your way from the station, and if you are picking up before 6 pm, it is a good alternative to the long queues for left luggage at the station.

Terrible location to store bags. Was harassed by the person working about money and he implied I should pay him more money because he doesn’t get everything. Had to haul my bags up a narrow staircase and did not feel safe. Stasher should cut them out as a service provider

The Stasher locations were convenient and we had no issues with either storage location. Drop-off and pick-up were easy. The online interface was sometimes difficult. We had some trouble charging the payments and your map did not actually include one of the locations we used. Overall, a good service I would use again.

Ideally located in close proximity to Brighton train station. Secure & convenient. Easy drop of pick up service. Would recommend :)

Very convenient

Kipp's was the perfect location for us to store our luggage while taking a walking tour starting in Covent Garden. It was also very convenient that they were open late, so we could enjoy dinner following the tour without toting our luggage around. The location, only a few blocks from the Tube station was perfect. My only complaint was the proprietor didn't treat our luggage as very valuable, he said "just put it over there and we will take care of it." We had to stop and say, "no, we'd like you to put it away now, please." Since we were in a hurry to make our tour, this indicates how important this was that we stopped to ensure they would really put our luggage in a secure location. At that point he did call another guy who smiled, zip-tied our luggage while we watched, and took it in the back. The pick-up afterwards was easy, and I like that the claim process is to take a photo of the tag numbers on your phone so you don't have to worry about losing the tickets. I would use Stasher again, and would use Kipp's again, I'm sure the guy didn't mean to be so casual about our luggage and hopefully he will be better the next time around.

Nach anfänglicher Irritation über mein Erscheinen, ist alles gut gewesen. Allerdings schloß das Geschäft bereits um 18 Uhr und nicht erst um 19 Uhr wie auf der Webseite/Bestätigung stand. Auch bekam ich trotz Nachfrage kein Stasher-Ticket.

Bristol Templemeads Railway Station does not have left luggage possibility. So Stasher is a great alternative.

I booked a slasher location in Berlin. The location was closed, and your 'country manager' has no idea. I was then told to go to a different location who had not worked with you in a long time. So after 1.5 hours of running around Berlin I had to find someone else to hold my luggage. You clearly don't check on your locations or have a clue who is still signed up. The poor guy working on a saturday at your office had no idea why, or what to do, since your locations are fictional. I'm hoping I'll get my money back but also I'd advise to check the locations you have on your website or nobody will use you
