Whole system easy to use though venue a little hard to find. Had a case I didn’t want to drag round London all day while in transit

Really easy to find - loads of locations - and very simple process. Turned up at the hotel, and in 5 minutes or less, I was on my way without a heavy bag! Really lovely staff and felt my bag was in safe hands. Really good price - half the cost of lockers at the major stations. I will definitely use this service again and highly recommend it.

Quick, efficient, welcoming. Drawback: the location is poorly indicated at Westfield, signs in the gallery would be necessary. It took me over 35 minutes to find it.
