The website was user friendly and it was easy to find a place to store my luggage. I stored mine at the Premier Inn in Brighton as the train station didn't have anywhere to store luggage for the day.

I accidentally went to the headquarters instead of a Stasher location. After the initial confusion, the workers helped me find a correct location and use the online site to pay. They were very nice and helpful.

I was seeing a play at London's County Hall which has no cloakroom, so needed somewhere to store my luggage. My Stasher location was the Premier Inn next door, so super convenient. Booked no problem, staff were helpful at hotel and provided me with tickets to identify my luggage after, which is always reassuring. No issues picking my items up after.
