So convenient and easy to book online, and the gentleman in Melcombe News was helpful and friendly ... and happy for me to collect my luggage later than I originally indicated. A mobile phone app would be great so that the information doesn't have to be printed out.

Very useful service when you want to stroll around Paris without your luggage! The welcome at the Mercure Paris Arc de Triomphe was very good, with a smile. It's just a 3-minute walk from the Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro station, what more could you ask for?! We will gladly use this service again. Thank you.
