I drop my baggage there for an Arsenal match, is it about 15mins walking distance to the stadium and just 1min walk from tube station. Very convenient!

Very easy service. Prebooked online and then dropped off. Pick up was also very easy.

No problems finding shop, after confirmation was shown a security tag was placed on bag. Bag was taken to a secure area in the back of the shop. A receipt was then given with the security tag number on. Bag was collected on time. Very satisfied with service.

Very smooth and quick procedure. Good experience for me who stayed at Premier Inn Heathrow Terminal 4 and the Drop off / Collection location was just the Hotel Reception.

Needed a place to leave our suitcases while at the theatre that was near to station (Paddington) - station left luggage only open till 11pm and we couldn’t guarantee to be back by then. The hotel was so close, really friendly staff and all very quick and easy!
