The experience was quick and easy. The Smoking Jacket location was very close to our AirBnB but we couldn't check in for hours. Drop-off was quick and efficient as was our pick up several hours later. Highly recommended.

Excellent service - a couple of minutes from Paddington Station and so easy to leave luggage here. Desk staff were very helpful and luggage was securely tagged.

Quick and easy to use. Was dubious about leaving my suitcase in a store stock room. But was covered by CCTV and covered for £750 apparently so it saved a lot of hassle lugging luggage around London all day.

I needed to stash my bag near Piccadilly - using Stasher was half the price of leaving it at Kings Cross and a much more convenient location for my needs. Very easy to book online too. The guy at Marshall News was friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend Stasher to my friends.

Easy to buy online, minutes before drop off - . Located about a five minute walk from the Victoria Bus/Underground station, it’s a great Way to go wandering around the city, take in a show or not worry about lugging big bags around. I had to check out earlier from my BNB and my flight wasn’t until 9pm so i had some hours to kill in the city and didn’t want to carry my heavy bag around all day! This was great for me. I simply showed my confirmation code on my phone and they gave me a zip tie with a number on it. And watched him seal my bag. I took a picture of it to show when I returned to retrieve luggage. Be advised, this is a luggage/storage room in a small hotel with not much security manning the doors. If you’re concerned about theft, add your own lock to your luggage and travel with your important valuables, i.e. laptops, etc. As easy and quick and reliable as this location is, can’t guarantee anything while traveling so be proactive about your belongings. When I came back to retrieve my stuff there was someone else working the door and she let me go back and get my own bags. I definitely would use them again!!

I was in a rush to find storage and catch my train so I didn’t secure my suitcase lock properly. The staff kept my case near a camera the entire 3 to ensure it was kept safe.
