After reading countless bad reviews of the bag drop at Rome Termini station, we used this service. The hotel was literally across the street from the station, and dropping and retrieving our bags was fast and easy (and WAY cheaper than Termini’s service). We would definitely use this again!

You can leave safely your luggage there and enjoy a stroll through the city. Service close at 6pm as most of the shops in the city.

Although we had an issue with the location we stashed at, customer service worked quickly to fix the issue and refunded us for the day, plus paid for the difference in our train ticket costs because we missed the original train.
