The fellow was very nice and helpful.

We used this service in Bournemouth, its housed in the Premier Inn. Lovely helpful young man was at the front desk.

Good value. We initially booked for two 'small' bags and when my daughter mentioned a small case, I had to cancel and re-book elsewhere. Got a credit immediately and only cost £2 extra at the new location- which was fair. The only problem we had was when looking for the shop to collect our bags, the app had both the cancelled booking and the one we actually used! Good service all in all.

Everything took place quickly and in an effective and commendable way.
