  We got good instructions about the location, images and details that made the place easy to identify. Very nice and kind personnel. We needed to add an extra bag and was quite easy to do that.  Totally recommend.

  Everything went fine. It all depends on with whom you deal with. In the first 3 min I felt like I was disturbing the woman because I just wanted drop my suitcase. Apart from it, all was fine.
