  I was surprised when we arrived at the left-luggage office, as it was a souvenir shop, but it was very organised.

  It was functional. The place said they took other apps, as well. Next time I'll compare prices between the different apps, in case the competitors are cheaper.

  Very quick and easy drop off and pickup. Be careful walking through the shop because there is a lot of breakable stuff but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Their location is absolutely perfect for stashing before seeing a Broadway play. 5 minute walk to any of the theaters. We stashed 4 carryon rolling luggage pieces. I would definitely use them again.

  The merchant wrote a number on a scrap piece of paper, had me take a picture of it, then taped it to my suitcase. I even said to him that it didn't seem like a very professional way to handle the Stasher process. Kinda made me nervous about the process too, but our bag was found in the same shape and place as we left it.

  I booked in advance. The pick up and drop off were very fast. The staff was friendly. Bags were secured in a locked room.

  Fantastic service. The guys at the location were great, no issues during drop off or collection. Drop off location is in a perfect position too, close to attractions and subway station.

  Super easy and very convenient to Radio City Music Hall, which does not have a coat room/ bag check. We were able to quickly stash our bags and make it to our show. Even though the show ran late (11:45) we were still able to grab our bags by midnight with no problem.
