  Great, safe location that's only a couple minutes walk to the Dean Street entrance of Tottenham Court Road tube station. The employee was very friendly and timely, as I did not have to wait long at all for pickup or dropoff. Highly recommend.

  Great facility. Close to Goodge Street Station and a short walk back to Euston. Friendly staff and luggage secured safely. Booked the night before and they were expecting our bags. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

  Absolutely brilliant! The people who assisted me were really  friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend this place. It is also perfectly placed for a visit to The British Museum. A huge thanks.

  Premier Inn but down a small back street I possibly wouldn't venture down alone at night. However handy location for west end and friendly and easy drop off and collection.

  Close to station. Receptionists at hotel on both drop off and pick up time were friendly and helpful. In short they were excellent.

  Worked very well for us. We left a total of 8 bags (4 checked cases and 4 carry on bags) for our family of 4 (2 adults 2 teens). We had just checked out of our nearby Airbnb apt and needed a place to store our bags for the day while we spent one last day in London. When we dropped them off in the morning we were asked to take one photo of all the bags together and we then showed the same photo at pickup. A different person was there when we picked them up at 7pm later that day but we showed the photo and he brought the bags from a room in the back. Overall very seamless and safe- we had to leave some valuable items in the cases as we were spending the day in London before heading to Heathrow in the evening. This included iPad, computer, kindle, etc. and my son even left some cash in his backpack (even though I had told him not to!). Everything was there.  I would recommend this location - seamless, safe and trustworthy and would use them again if I had to.

  Very convenient location, just a short walk from the British Museum, especially since larger luggage cannot be taken into the museum. Drop-off and collection were both quick and smooth. I would happily use this location again.
