  Waverley Mall location very easy to find, staff member was really friendly and helpful. Central location if using the train station. Just a note for future users of location, you don't have to go from the station out onto street level and around to the location, like Google Maps suggests. You can just go through Waverley Market (where the McDonald's is) and go up to the location there.

  Easy to find, the staff were helpful, and our bags were stored in an area only accessible to staff. Drop off and pickup were efficient.

  Quick and easy to drop off and pick up my bag. Staff were friendly at the Premier Inn! It was conveniently located near the bus station for my travel.

  Great central location, and friendly staff who knew the procedures and prompted/checked I'd taken pictures etc Easy to drop off and collect. Also great shop for last minute snacks and souvenirs. Would use again.
