  All went very easy, ground floor, no need to carry luggage, close to train station. You take pictures with your luggage and attached numbers to identify when pick up. Recommended

  Really convenient location for Amsterdam's central station and no stepsbor stairs to navigate. Also very useful if you wanted to rent a bike. Very friendly helpful service.

  The restaurant was convenient to access and we only had our bag there for about 2 hours, so I can't say if they would have moved them to a more secure location if left for longer, but they were just wheeled to the back of the restaurant, amongst the tables. There were no customers at the time, so we didn't feel the bags were unsafe.

  We were welcomed with great friendliness, the place is spacious, and the luggage was stored in a well-hidden spot. There are a few steps, but I received help to carry the bags up and down.
