Straight forward and easy to find once realised there are two Premier Inns a couple of doors down from one another. Process to drop off bag and pick up quick and smooth. Could be a bit of an issue if trying to do it at a busy check in time.

The Phone Factory held my bag for a week. Easy drop off and pickup. Location was close to main train station and easy to find. This is a new spot so there was some question on what was needed to retrieve the bag but they figured it out.

The guy at the hotel reception accepted my bag without seeing any Stasher booking. I was a hotel guest, checking out, who wanted to leave my bag there a bit longer. So, with hindsight, I probably didn't need to use Stasher in this particular scenario. All was good though. That's the bottom line.

Very close to the central train station in Vienna. The hotel staff is very good. They tag your suitcase with a label and give you the number. Quick and great.
