  Fantastic! Couldn't have asked for a more friendly & safe service! The lady who helped us also gave us changing facilities before we took off for the airport & let us stay til our transport arrived - she could not have been more helpful & our bags were very securely stored! Thank you!

  The place is the best in Rome. You don't have to deal with a machine. There is a good man seatting there waiting for you and your luggage.

  It was safe and very nice that it was a hotel. We could use the restroom to change clothes before going to the train and the airport.

  This location was perfect for us! It was right around the corner from our Airbnb so super convenient. It was a lovely flower shop and smelled great! The owner was very friendly, spoke great English, and we had a nice time chatting with him when we picked up our bags. Highly recommend this location.

  We were assigned to Hearth Hotel for storage. Their reception agent was outstanding - very professional, very helpful. Would definitely use this service again.
