Needed as Manchester Arena would not allow bags and came straight from work so needed a bag with me. Definitely would recommend the service, only criticism is lack of more central locations open late! Premier Inn with 24h desk was so convenient but would be good if there was one near the train stations/gig venues!

The address was difficult to find because of the weird numbering in the street (and GoogleMap did not locate it properly). We ended up phoning the helpline which was no support at all. Otherwise the concept is good and the guy in the shop was polite and helpful.

Really fast service when I went into the store, friendly people. Cheap and easy way to store luggage for a days layover.

It was easy to book a place for my luggage. The shop was on the way from Cambridge railway station to the city centre, that was very convenient. When I came to Dukels. the staff took my suitcase and kept it till I returned.

The bag room is below the restaurant down a steep narrow staircase. Staff were quick to run down but offered no help with suitcases. Also no seal was put on the bags. The location is great for the louvre.

So easy! I’ll keep this in mind for when travelling again :) I’d might change the price a bit so leaving a smaller bag with a big one would only be about 9 pound

Highly recommended service. 2 minute walk from Kings Cross. Very easy to find. Dropped our case and had the whole day in London before picking it up and heading home. Will definitely use again.

When I collected my bag, I was initially given someone else's. The guy serving was talking on the phone and clearly not concentrating. Not very secure.

The store was near the station and easy to find, and the storekeepers were very nice ! It was very convenient to drop off the luggage here, spend some time in Kew Gardens and come back and get back the luggage.

Worked really well and allowed us to use the travel day as a sightseeing day!

easy, close to tube station. When we came back to collect the bag the shop was temporarily closed ( 10-15 min), but it would be good to put a note on the door.
