No surprises. Speedy service. Can't expect more

Courteous, professional, & quick service with staff with my luggage as I dropped it off and when I picked it up later. Everything was double secured with a zip tie on top of my luggage lock for my protection. The service was convenient to the tube and I felt my luggage very safe as it was secured in another room with a locked door.

Ease of drop-off and pick-up was great and convenient.

All of our belongings were safe and returned to us without any problems. However the storage location was nowhere near as secure as advertised - there was no lock or door, just what appeared to be tassles or flaps to walk through. The luggage would be visible to most people in the shop. The website described how safe the luggage stored there is, but this is not the case. We were lucky nobody attempted to steal our possessions, as there was only one shopkeeper stopping anything from happening.

Reserved luggage drop morning of our arrival at the Smoking Jacket in Kensington. On arrival store management had not been contacted of our drop off but was very friendly and immediately took care of our bags.

Es hat alles so funktioniert, wie beschrieben. Alles absolut problemlos, schnell und unkompliziert.

Eine supertolle Sache - spart einem mit Gepäck durch die Stadt zu laufen, wenn vor der Abreise noch Zeit übrig bleibt. Das Fräulein im Geschäft war äußerst höflich und freundlich, die Abwicklung war völlig komplikationslos, rasch und einfach. Nur das Geschäft zu finden war eine große Herausforderung. Die Adressenangabe ist leider nicht korrekt, dort wo es laut Angabe sein sollte, findet man nur eine Hausmauer und auch die Leute vorort kennen das kleine Geschäftchen nicht. Gottseidank gab uns ein freundlicher Herr Auskunft, aber auch nur auf Vermutung, mit viel Glück fanden wir es schließlich. Wäre fein, wenn die Beschreibung etwas eindeutiger wäre. Aber wie gesagt, das eigentliche Kofferaufbewahren hat super funktioniert. Danke!!

A great service . A very friendly guy

Considering that I had no expectation of having to use Stasher when attempting to drop off a suitcase at our future hotel, it was a very user-friendly process and system! It was well worth the extra cost to safely stow a very large bag at the hotel we'd return to in two weeks time. Able to retrieve it easily when checking in; saved me a whole lot of drama and expense!

So easy to use, will definitely use this again.
