Funguje dobře, ale asi půl hodiny jsme hledali pobočku na Alexanderplatz.

It was great service, quick and easy!

Easy sign in, drop your bags, and go. Come back pick them up. All very easy. I would suggest you modify your tags,,, they are really REALLY small and all to easily lost.

I walked about 15 minutes with my 2 luggages to the address I booked with Stasher. But the store was closed. It was closed for the WHOLE summer appereantly. I called Stasher immediately and talked to someone. (Since I was roaming making that call also cost me money) He told me he would send an email to me with a new address. But he never did. I called Stasher again and there was no answer. Worst experience ever. Dont use Stasher ever!!!

Everything went well. Convenient location. Just a little bit crowded. And to get larger suitcases back from the downstairs storage area is quite difficult.

j'ai réservé sur internet la consigne de deux sacs, avec une arrivée le matin entre 8 h et 9 h. Lorsque nous sommes arrivées à 8h30, la personne présente ne savait pas que nous viendrions. Elle a commencé à nous dire que ce n'était pas possible!!!. Cela s'est résolu car le monsieur a téléphoné à son employeur qui lui a confirmé notre réservation, mais il a fallu de plus que nous fassions imprimé notre réservation car il ne l'avait pas... Lorsqu'on est en voyage, on transporte rarement une imprimante avec soi... Nous lui avions pourtant montré la réservation sur notre portable, mais cela ne suffisait pas.. Bref, pour une opération qui aurait pu être courte, nous avons passé entre 30 et 40 minutes, car il a fallu aussi régler le problème du retour : le magasin habituellement ouvert jusqu'à 20 h fermait ce jour là exceptionnellement à 18 h. Nous avions prévu de récupérer nos sacs entre 19 et 20 h Cela a pu également être réglé, l'employeur revenant nous ouvrir à l'heure dite, mais tout cela a contribué à rendre lourde une procédure qui aurait du etre légère...

Great! The guy allowed to me to back as soon as I got there when I realized my reservation was not complete ahead of time

It was easy to book and easy to locate. Close to Euston and St Pancras. We were able to cheaply and safely store our luggage for the day while we explored London.

Easy and SO convenient!
