Amtrak South Strip Terminal
The Amtrak station in Las Vegas offers no luggage storage or assistance. Travelers suggest tipping a bellboy at one of the large casino hotels in exchange for bag storage. Some people may be comfortable taking the risk with informal storage, but keep in mind that this method is neither secure nor guaranteed. Who wants to spend a day in Vegas worrying if checked bags are safe? Returning to find out that your luggage is gone can seriously ruin your day!
Storing informally at a casino hotel depends on how much you want to tip. We guess that the friendly bellhop will want more than $5 a bag to keep your luggage safe, without offering any guarantee or customer support. You're better off choosing Stasher for the South Strip area.
